All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • United Kingdom: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days, subject to customs clearance and local courier handling

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, GoodRoots does not ship to P.O. Boxes or restricted delivery areas. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to shipping limitations, you will be contacted promptly.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. GOODROOTSis not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer. Returned shipments due to address errors may incur additional shipping fees.
